How come nobody told me he's doing a concert in Seattle on March 22?

Oh how SU would have loved to see him in concert, and I would have loved to visit my sister and her family. oh lah :-\

I didn't know he was going to be there and I live in Portland area. We saw him about 5 years ago in Tacoma and it was one of the best concerts. My husband idolizes Eric Clapton--unfortunately, we will be in Hawaii that day. ;D

Police are going to be in Seattle-June 6th--we would love to see that one.

Strange thing is...SU's brother lives in Snohomish, WA and I would have thought he would have told SU. They both are Eric fans. So am I.

Since the Stones cancelled the Hawaii concert...this would have been a great way to spend money. LOL

SU saw him a couple weeks ago over here in Oz. He really enjoyed the concert but was a bit disappointed that he didn't do more of his older/more well known songs.

I saw Eric years ago with Carlos Santana opening for him. Carlos came on stage with Eric to do Layla. My guitar playing brother just about had heart failure.

Like most artists, they tend to do the newer stuff to promote their album with a bit of older stuff thrown in.

Didn't know that, but I do know he's playing in Las Vegas next Saturday (Mar 10). The guy that owns the pet supply store Amy & I frequent is going to Vegas for the race, and Clapton is playing at the hotel he's staying at.
