What a great horse race today. I think I need to add going to something like that to my Bucket List.

A couple more strides and the Kentucky Derby winner "Mine That Bird" would have won the Preakness too. A bit of bad luck as he got trapped for a moment before making his run, but what a horse! He sailed past most of the field again and was so close to taking the second leg. The filly that won was lovely, but I was kind of rooting for Mine That Bird.

I bet if the same jockey who rode him in the Derby had ridden him today instead of the filly, he would have won -both obviously very good horses.

I was at the Derby and it was incredible One year I want to do all three. That will have to wait until I don't have final exams in May though.

I wish Rachel Alexandra had been in the Derby, I bet she would've won there too. I was happy to see a filly win it!

Cool beans - I was rooting for Mine That Bird, but he just had the wrong jockey, I guess.

You are close, it has been 85 years since a filly has won the Preakness. The last time a filly won the Preakness was 1924.
