What potential 2008 Presidential candidate spent at least four years in a so-called Madrassa, or Muslim seminary, in Indonesia--schools known to be the genesis of jihad and Islamic extremist terror...was a practicing Muslim...has concealed this fact....Who's father was a Muslim terrorist..who's stepfather a Muslim...and Mother an atheist???

I believe it was two years in a muslim school and then two years in a catholic school. Some other things are unsubstantiated as well

But yeah, I can certainly see the 2008 Democratic primary cycle getting very, very nasty. I don't think Hillary Clinton has any intention of taking prisoners.

Also, is anyone else disgusted that this stuff has started so early? I don't want to hear about 2008 right now. There is, believe it or not, stuff that needs to be done in 2007.

Yeah, the Democrats are going to hammer him on this long before the GOP gets their shot. I agree with Robin, Hillary Clinton will take no prisoners. Look at how Bill dealt with his various problems - he utterly destroyed the credibility of those people by digging up every piece of dirt they could find. He invented the political "war room." I can't imagine Hillary not using those same tools/personnel. It worked quite well for her husband.

No, because sadly I've come to expect it. It will be interesting to see how bloody each nominee is by the time '08 comes around. With both parties engaged in a wide-open race, I can imagine the level of cannibalism on both sides will be astounding.

I don't like any of the potential candidates for president. There's gotta be someone out there....
but the smart ones prefer to remain just that...smart, they sit back and laugh!

I don't like Hillary and due to the father/son presidency (which really made a mess) the last thing I want to chance is a husband/wife deal. Ugh........

I would like to see Joe Lieberman run for president, or Rudy Giulliani, only I think Rudy boy has too many ghosts that will come out of his closet. I know his ex wife.

I also feel kind of funny about the fact that the past FOUR American presidents would be Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton. Kind of like all of those War of the Roses battles between the two families in England...just without the war and stuff.
