He will not use the cat box to pee in at all. Its diving me crazy. We keep a VERY VERY clean catbox because I cant stand dirty ones. When this started about 4 months ago it was just here and there... we added a clean new catbox with the same litter we have always used. We haven't changed anything at all. Not food, NOTHING. He has been with us since he was born. His mom was given to me because the people that had her didn't want to take care of her any more :. Its not just in one spot it is all over the house and I mean ALL OVER!!! I have used Nature's Miracle to the point that I really should have someone in my family buying stock in them....

Has anything at all changed in the environment? New animals? People? How many litterboxes do you have? How many cats do you have?
My cousins cat started doing that and he had a UTI once it cleared up he stopped... I'm sure they have checked for that though if he's been to the vet. I hope he stops. I had a cat that kept pooping on the floor very very annoying and nasty.

He was fixed at 3 months. Our box is like 5-6 inches high. Its the same one we have had..
Nothing at all has changed.. We have 2 cats who potty inside. we have a cat that comes and leaves when she wants and wont potty inside only outside (like the dogs) she tells you when she wants out. but in the house we have 3 cats. all fixed..
Sure sounds like a UTI. Are you sure your vet checked him for one.

It sounds like a UTI to me, too. Did they check for elevated white count in his urine? If they're not looking for it, they might not find it if it's mild. The only other thing I can recommend is to try making sure that you have three litterboxes (one for each cat, plus one), and move them all into new places to see if you can recondition.
One other thing: SU's mom's cat started peeing all over the place after their backyard was infiltrated by some cats who were hanging out all day and staring at him through the window. It stressed him out and he started doing territorial marking that continued even after they got rid of the neighborhood cats. This cat was crazy to begin with, and the only thing that helped him was kitty prozac.
How many cat boxes do you have set up?
Is he spraying or is he squatting?
