I used three pans, as usual, and I also turned down the heat to 300 degrees rather than 350 degrees.
I placed them on the oven rack with equal distance between the pans, three pans in all with the glass pan in the middle.
Well, one of the corners in the glass pans (right rear corner) rose the highest.....by a noticeable difference. The left pans right side rose higher. The right pans left side rose higher.... : ???
Now, I going to use three aluminum foil pans, spaced a little closer together with the temp of 325 and see what that does......sheesh.
I baked two of them at once with no problem. Both were in tin pans.
So you are saying the middle is caving, basically ... meaning the sides are higher than the center?
Do you have the rack in the middle of the oven? Try baking just two at a time instead of 3 and see what happens. With Brenda's recipe, I had 2 actually bake mine one hour and 10 minutes instead of 50-60. Ovens are different and I was surprised, as mine usually cooks fast.
