They have over a foot of snow west of us, not a big deal but they have about 30 mph winds with it, guess it's drifting bad because it's all open country. We still have drizzle but the temp is dropping, the amount of snow will depend on how soon it gets cold enough to change. I'm going to go out and toss a bunch more cement blocks in the box of my pick-up since I don't have 4WD.

I just put 450-500 pounds in the back behind the tail gate and wedged a 4X2 in behind the wheel wells, plus I filled the tank today when I was out doing errands. That and my big 6 ply farmer type mud and snows ought to work, I'm only a bit over a block to a main street that is a snow route. If it gets very bad they'll close the store, if we are open I bet we won't even break even tomorrow since a lot of our weekend business is from out of towners.

I've held off on the blocks till I needed them, took 5 minutes, Didn't want to have to un-load them if I needed the full box. Now they can stay there till spring or i need the box.

I did stop at a store when I was out that I don't make it to a lot for some wanted but not really needed items. Bought all 12 bottles of the Grape Propel Rita drinks and hid them in my workshop. If we get snowed in and she runs out, I have a bargaining chip of great value.

"Hmm, guess what, I found another one, what's it worth to you."

She won't have the slightest idea where to look.

We'll see, this one is being weird, like the 2009 Christmas one, looks to go by us to the south and then swing around and get us, that's what that one did.
