    Default the aftermath

    The color and swelling are just starting to spread. The doctor said it would move, and it is. Oh yeah - I also have a sinus infection (he was really nice and gave me a prescription for a Z-pack). This was not there when I got ready for work this morning!

    I am stiff and sore, but my knees are much better than I had feared, so that's great. The stiffness and soreness will go away soon - probably a lot faster than the bruising!
