Photobucket is a PITA I uploaded photos to my Facebook and left the album "public" for right now. I hope it works for you all. Please let me know if it doesn't. Still trying to get the re-chargeable battery pack for the camera. Anyone of you know of a good online camera store I could maybe get one at?
Mya is having such a blast on these jeep rides. I was a very bad Mom the other day and she some how got some nasty cactus needles in her mouth. She was very good about sitting still and letting us open her mouth to get them out.
No she wasn't on leash, as her recall is excellent, but I should have been keeping a closer eye on her.
When there are a lot of nasty cacti around I don't even let her out of the jeep.

Looks like a good place to be at this time of year.
Hubby and I thought about going to Arizona this February, but from Ottawa, it just cost too much. I'd love to go sometime.

We've got a house near Tucson that we don't get to go to nearly enough. I love the high desert, especially in the winter.

What a tragic story, though. I'd be a little worried about unexpected bumps in the night; I've always heard that Arizona is especially full of ghosts.

Thanks for sharing your pictures. I've never been to that area of the country and it so different from Pa.! Have a Brother in-law that lives in Prescott so might make it out that way sooner or later.

If you stay till around April you will get your blossoms...desert starts to bloom in early March.

Looks like Mya is having a blast...looking forward to seeing all of you in less than a month. Mom has been sleeping in the bed for the last week so it looks like we will be coming unless something awful happens. And before anyone ask Mom had been having a hard time sleeping in bed since she broke her shoulder we weren't sure if we could go as she had been sleeping in her recliner.
