    How much do you pay per text message ?Is iMessage (on iPhone ) the same as a text message? Trying to figure out my contract.

    Ours is unlimited. Individual was .15 a text, .25 for pic or video.

    I have unlimited texting, but I am almost 100% sure that iMessages don't count toward your texting plan. I'm pretty sure it was Apple's answer to free messages through Blackberry Messanger.

    Ah, that's kind of what I thought the sales lady said as I was purchasing my new iphone, the ATT mobile hotspot and all that. In three years previous, I texted maybe twice, but in the last month have a bit (maybe 15 texts). My ATT plan says .20/text.

    Have I said how much I LOVE my iphone and ipad? I am quickly becoming an addict!

    I have family unlimited I know that when we cross the bridge it's .50 for international...

    iMessage uses your data connection... so blue bubbles are "free".

    Thanks. I guess I just assumed anyone witha data plan would have unlimited texting also.
