I love my steam mop. I found the 1st few times I got streaks but that was because the floor was so dirty (no it didin't look it) on my laminate. As mine is in the great room and kitchen plus it is Cinnamon's way out to the backyard and pool it gets dirty fast. I finally used all 4 mop covers in one day changing them as soon as they got dirty and by goodness no streaks. So now I mop day and change the pad once half way.

I was using a swifter every day on it before I got the steam mop. Cinnamon doesn't shed as much as some labs so I can mop and just push all the fur into a pile then sweep it into the dust pan.

I figure it takes me less than 10 minutes to do both rooms.
