I am just astonished that Amanda was the one to go on that challenge! Although they pointedly showed no reaction or comment to the rice balls she made - I still thought her food was well reviewed when they were judging it.

I was SO bummed! I guess I am rooting for Garces now.

Yeah, I am really disappointed. The show is pretty much dead to me now.

Yeah all my favorites are gone, really have no care at this time. I don't watch any other show like this, but this one seems to suck me in, and I have no idea why! I often find myself wondering how they keep the sweat on their brows from falling into the food, its the weird things in life that I find fascinating!

Have you ever watched Chopped? You should if you don't! One lady cut her finger and then tossed a salad...OMG it was gross. The judges wouldn't eat her food and she acted all offended!!

I was really ticked that they booted her, I think it should have been Mehta. I don't like him. He's mean and sneaky.

Yeah - I have seen that several times on Chopped - and double dipping as well. Makes you wonder how many other chefs do stuff like that. Really - HURK!

I wash my hands constantly when I am cooking. They should be wearing gloves IMO.

Gloves are no better then the hands unless they are changing them freq., nobody washes with gloves on

I freq. think of that when I'm somewhere like subway, they do the same things with there hands, but somehow the gloves make it all better, and they rarely change them
