Wish me luck?
Medical Transcriptionist position, work from home.
A friend who is a team lead for Accentus Canada was chatting with me this am on facebook. She said they were looking for someone with a medical background, so I filled out the online form, sent along a quickly tweaked CV and they called just now to set up a phone interview tomorrow morning.
Huh.
WOOOOOOOOOfreakingHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect for you, T! You WILL get it! (But good luck anyway!)...

Awesome! That would be so perfect for you!!! I have not sent my message to the RM for the U's in Ottawa - let me know if you want me to after you do this interview.
Sharon - still not a dude.
Not sure how qualified I am, but my friend back in NS was always saying how much she loved her job, and used to tell me it would be perfect for me as a mom. The only thing was, the certification course cost $5000! I could not afford that and didn't want to get into any kind of loan.
I guess now they are experimenting, looking at candidates with medical backgrounds but not certified transcriptionists.
Totally came out of left field. We were chatting away and she asked me if I was planning to go to work here.
We'll see after tomorrow.
Good luck! Any word from the school??
I believe the best social program is a job
Good luck!
