Update on our wood stove & thank you to those that posted to me

Thank you to the two JL's that sent me messages. We ended up having it cleaned and fully inspected.

OH MY GOSH! It had so many code violations and a very damaged liner. We are very lucky to have not set the house on fire!

Needless to say we are now explorering what options we would like to do. Since we just don't have the $$$ right now to fix it, looks like extra blankets will be the option until after winter this year.

Get a set of Cashmina microfleece sheets from Domestications - they are warm and snuggly and you will love getting into bed! Every one I recommended them to or got them for just loves them. Those plus a blanket or comforter and you can withstand very cold temps!

We have really good flannels and those microfleece blankets on the bed. Plus having Rogue, Mac and Rebel sleep with us provides us with good labby heat. Where it's gets cold is trying to watch tv or anything else in the house. Can't get much done when you are camping out under covers all the time
