Posting pics for Anne..

Finally got a chance to get a pic of the 2 youngsters w/ all their "loot" earned during this harvest season
(a really nice doggy first aid kit, 2 lap blankets, toys, towels, and pretty ribbons).

Since early August, we did 2 weekends of obedience and 3 Junior Hunt (JH) tests.

During that time, Kiku (now 17 mos) finished her Rally Novice (RN) title with all 1st places, and started her Rally Advanced w/ a first place and perfect score! Also finished her Companion Dog (CD) title with 2 first places and a 3rd... all scores in the 190's. She went 3 for 3 on the hunt tests.

Envy (now 22 mos) finished her Rally Advanced (RA) title w/ a first place and has earned 2 qualifications toward her CDX title -- w/ a 1st and 3rd place so far. She also went 3 for 3 on the hunt tests.

Congrats on the accomplishments. Nice ribbons too. Our clubs have been too cheap for rosettes lately!

I realized after I snapped the photos that Kiku's ribbons (just flats) from day 2 (hosted by a conformation club) of the last weekend were still in my bag. Those are easy to just say "ho-hum, but yea for the placement/Q!".

The pretty rosettes were given at our regional specialty and at the Columbia Basin Dog Training Club's day (who also had the awesome, useful prizes-- that first aid kit is GREAT!). I am actually in the process of sending the club a thank you note with a photo layout because they offer such outstanding prizes. Gotta toss a bone to the clubs that still do that!

Of course hunt tests all give very nice orange rosettes and a duck band to qualifiers.

So still no ideas on what to do w/ all the ribbons???? The walls of my office are pretty well full by now... oh boohoo, lol.

Great pics of great dogs!! I know somewhere there is someone who makes chair covers out of ribbons. I will check at my club - I think its a person there that had a cover made of ribbons her pups had won.
