This really isn't an "obedience/rally/tracking" question, but... do dog shows typically have someone around doing CGC evaluations, or how do you folks usually locate a place that's doing CGC tests? I tried the AKC site but it wasn't real helpful; didn't even bring up the recent AKC CGC test that I missed hearing about.
TIA

I haven't seen any listed as being offered at shows and trials (other than specialties). But, often CGC tests are offered at matches. Also Responsible Dog Ownership Days. Here on the east coast, The Match Show Bulletin lists upcoming matches as well as CGC & TDI tests. I think there's something similar available in other parts of the country.
Here's the Upcoming CGC Test page from the AKC site.

The show I'm going to this weekend offers the CGC and Therapy Dog test, but most shows don't. Alot of training clubs offer the test a few times during the year
Yes, I would ask around the training clubs.
