What an exhausting but fun weekend! Caleb ended up in second place in Super Rally behind a retired OTCh Golden. I was happy to get second cause if he would have gotten first he could not come back in two years to compete! He has some lovely runs and some runs where he started to get silly, which is unusual for him. He does love rally though.
Micah had moments of brilliance and then moments that were far from that. He actually ended up in eleventh place, just out of the ribbons. I think I lost more points than he did, but my goal was to work on attitude. When he was with me and heeling I really felt like we are starting to become a team. What a wonderful feeling! But he still has Labrador puppy brains, that is for sure!
Just got home and we're exhausted. Need to head to bed.
Oh, I cannot remember how many were in Super Obedience, but it was a lot, and yes I am very pleased. Now, to get those last 25 point for his OTCH!

Well, it sounds like a successful weekend to me! Congratulations! Micah sounds like my Caleb- when he's one, he doesn't put a paw wrong. Then there's the days I swear I have someone else's dog. LOL They sure keep life interesting for us, don't they?
According to the All Star link, there were 26 dogs in Super Star.

It is a lot of fun. That's why I do encourage people to go to the All-Star. You meet a lot of nice people. Friendships are developed. It's so much fun. I just go and work my dogs, but it is fun if you place.
