What a long, long day, but a good one. Caleb has really surprised me. Other than points off for the go-outs he has done a very, very nice job. I have had some no-sits on the go-outs but he's done them! Three different runs of combinations of Open and Utility excercises. The first time we had directed jumping they were first and we had one no-sit. Third run they were last and I had 2 no sits, but he did them. What an awesome attitude in the ring, too! What a good boy! Tomorrow we have two more obedience runs and then both boys are in rally.
Linda with Kona--if you're here--Elaine and her husband were asking about you. They're here again and they have a new black Lab girl that is about a year old.

They posted the standings and we're in 7th place at the close of today's competition. Never placed in obedience before--would be nice since this will probably be the last of Caleb showing in obedience here.

Well, we ended up in 13th place. I am happy with how Caleb did in the obedience. He went down on his sit again to knock us out of the ribbons. Friend of mine did manage to take 3rd place! My instructor took 11. The boys had their first rally runs today, too. Caleb did well. Then there is Micah!

Yeah, but 13th out of how many? A lot, right? That's still something to be proud of.
That's all that matters. Well, that you had fun, too.
How was it? I know they were struggling for Rally stewards- due to a little mix up on our instructor's part.
Oh, come on now, you can't say that then not tell us what happened. LOL
I am glad it is going well. Sounds exhausting though!
