Where can I find a better clicker than at Petsmart? I am assuming there are some that aren't so loud. The noise makes my spaniel nervous and I was trying to boost her confidence with clicker training.

My local speciality dog food store sells them. They have some that have adjustable clicks so you can make it quieter. Shop around.
you can also use a ballpoint pen and a mason jar lid (the center round part)
Light, "weedy" individuals are definitely incorrect; equally objectionable are cloddy lumbering specimens. Labrador Retrievers shall be shown in working condition well-muscled and without excess fat. Females should weigh between 55 and 70lbs and Males between 65 and 80lbs. Height females 21.5 to 23.5 inches males 22.5 to 24.5 inches at the withers.

look for the "i-click" on the karen pryor site...
I like the one on Karen Pryor's site too or you can get them at Cleanrun.com
Debbie, Riley, Robbie, Cedar and Flyer
one other thing you can do is take one of the cheap square clickers with the oval hole where you put your finger and stuff cloth in the hole and cover it with electrical tape. This creates a muffled click. and you can gradually make it louder by untaping it.
I know I am a cheapskate..lol
