DVD. Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Terence Stamp.

I completely forgot what this film was about when Netflix delivered it yesterday. Just knew Matt Damon was in it and it was an action flick.

Loved it. Matt Damon plays a congressman running for senate when he has a chance meeting with Emily Blunt on the night of the election. You can immediately see the strong connection between the 2 of them. Its one of those Love At First Sight kind of things. But she has to run and he has to go give a speech...and they lose each other. Until a few months later...when they run into each other on the bus.

But what they don't know is that there is an organization - "The Adjustment Bureau" - that is conspiring to keep them apart. It has a plan for both Damon and Blunt, but it can't happen if they are together. Damon is told of the scheme and he has to decide - stay with Blunt or make a run for it.

Without giving anything away, I'll just say that the concept of the Adjustment Bureau caught me by surprise, but I went with it and eventually liked the idea. I thought Matt Damon did a fantastic job and had a great character to play and the chemistry between him and Blunt was strong. Cool effects too.

Not saying anything more ... but to highly recommend it.
