Movie: Surrogates

They design robots in the future that you can control with your brain waves so everyone stays home and sends their surrogates out to go into the real world. So no one gets sick, gets hurt, gets in a car accident. And if something happens to the surrogate...the operator is safe. It can jump off a cliff and you'll be fine. Oh, and you can make your surrogate look anyway you want. So everyone is gorgeous and young. Of course, there are humans against using surrogates and they live in these reservations. Butthen someone designs a weapon that blows up the surrogate robots...and kills the operator too even though there are supposed to be safety mechanisms to prevent that. Bruce Willis plays a cop who is investigating the murders and has to venture out into the real world and leave his surrogate behind.

Cool concept...was ok in actual execution. Based on a graphic novel.

I heard it was good, but I fell asleep early...twice...I guess I wasn't a fan...(never heard of the movie before...my b/f brought it home last weekend - coincidence you posted this!)

I was hoping this was good..suppose to arrive today from netflix. I love bruce willis as an actor.
