I came across this ad on craigslist for !!lovely!! Chocolate Lab that's at a shelter in the Knoxville area (East Tennessee). I just think the dog's a looker in the pic! post these over at lab-retriever.net in the rescue section. it gets a lot more rescue exposure than here.

I need to stay off of the internet! I was merely browsing online with no intention of looking at dogs. But these two just captured my attention. Might as well just spread the word around.

to anyone reading this, River is located at a shelter only an hour away from me so I went down there and paid his adoption fee

so he'll be neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped next week. I still need to find him a home. He's a playful, energetic dog.

Beautiful yellow male lab at shelter in my town, I wish I could take him,but Gracie (my lab puppy, 2 cats and a bunny my tiny apt could not fit another pet. Thought I would just pass along the site if anyone would like to take a look. www.swanseashelter.petfinder.com
