Looking to help with transport/foster

I would like to help out with lab rescue in some way, probably transport and maybe some fostering. There doesn't seem to be much going on on this forum for the southwest. Is anyone aware of other places to find out about rescue opportunities? I am in southern CA. Thanks for any info you can provide.

you can check out the Yahoo site, Yahoo Dog Rescue Railroad, there might be something on their as far as transports going through your area.

Try the Southern California Lab Retr. Rescue at www.sclrr.org

I am in Bakersfield and help out by doing some home checks, etc... up here.
