Helping pull Momma and pups from Kill Shelter in Nashville,NC?!

I volunteer for a rescue in Lexington,NC. We are hoping to pull this beautiful Momma dog and her 7 babies from a Kill Shelter in Nashville,NC (east of Raleigh, closer to Rocky Mt.,NC I believe) either tomorrow or Friday. It's about 2 1/2 hrs away, and the Rescue Operator who is going to get her can't handle long car rides due to her health issues she's had. She can do it, but I am trying desperately to see if anyone that way would be able to pull her and bring her this way a bit further? Thanks so much in advance!

URGENT!! Mother & & Newborn Babies Reunited After 2 Days Found ALIVE
"Poor Viki is having a mother’s nightmare but its not a dream….for her it’s reality! This lovely lady was brought into the shelter on March 4th as a stray and she appeared to have just had puppies recently. Well boy is that an understatement. Nash County Animal Control FOUND ALL 7 OF HER PUPPIES TWO DAYS LATER ALIVE!!! Can you believe that? Now the puppies have been reunited with their mother the entire family is stuck at this high kill shelter. This shelter is not very big at all and fills up quickly. I’ve called and spoken with their animal control officers and have been told that they DO NOT have a high adoption rate. Viki is in desperate need of a rescue who can save her and her little babies whose eyes aren’t even open yet. The shelter has their adoption fair today and their extended hours are until 7pm tonight. Is there a rescue who has room for this family and can get them out of the shelter today? The link below will take you to Viki’s page please take a look. We are taking them in, just trying to get someone to see if they could bring them this way a bit closer.

Oh o.k. i would make my cousin but she has to work. sorry hope you find someone that can. It's awsome that you guys can take them in.

Thanking the Lord tonight for answered prayers! Amy will be meeting someone with Nash Shelter Animal Friends,in Durham tomorrow afternoon to pick up this beautiful sweetheart and babies!! I'm so excited and can not wait to meet her!!
