Hello,

I've got one more dose of heart worm medicine for my Cooper. I'd like to order some online to save a trip to the vet and to save some money. Any recommendations?

Whatever you do, just make sure that no matter how cheap the actual medications are, you check out the shipping prices...sometimes those alone make the entire purchase more expensive than just getting them at the local vet. There are a ton of online pharmacies that dispense these...Vetcentric, 1800petmeds, etc.

i just ordered some antibiotics and heartworm from petscriptions.com (no www. in front) per jlabs recommendation. All you have to do is sign up for an account with your info, put in your vets name and ph number and they will contact your vet for the perscription. Not sure how much shipping costs under $50 ... but over $50 it's free.
