Greenies good or bad?

Marley inhaled a "greenie" and I think this could be the cause of her recent poop issues.

Any thoughts on these causing problems with Labs?

how old is Marley? when Milly was little they'd upset her stomach. Now she gets one when a friend buys them for her or they are in a showbag or the vet gives her a freebie and her stomach always seems fine.

Marley is 9. I think she ate it (1/2) in 1 bite!

Abbey chews everything she eats very well before swallowing, but I'm not even going to take the chance with those things.

They are not really flexible at all.. I can't even break them apart with my hands!

They've changed the formula so they are much more flexible and digestible. I can break them easily now. The old formula was quite brittle and those are the ones they had a few problems with.

Shadow and the boys all had diarrhea after greenies, so we stay far away from them.

Wow! I am so glad I read this post! I just bought some of these the other day for Lucy and have fed her 2 (there were 4 in the bag). I haven't seen a problem with her stomach being upset but after reading that cnn news story posted about Greenies I will be throwing the other 2 away!
