I have noticed more this month then in the past when Sarah runs she looks like her front legs are for a lack of a better description stiff. She will throw her feet to the side not back under her unless she is running full blast. The sire does the same thing so I am not sure if there is going to be a problem later on with her elbows or if it is just how she walks with those long legs.

Do you have an orthopaedic vet that you can visit? My Scotty was walking the way you're describing Sarah with his front paws thrown to the side instead of under him. He has ED. I am not saying that your dogs has ED by any means. But if it's a concern, a visit to an ortho vet is probably in order.

Thank you for getting back to me on this, I wasn't sure if it was her elbows or not. Sarah is a product of byb so there were no clearances done on the sire or dam. I am not sure what is around this area but I will contact her doctor to see if she can set me up or point me in the right direction.
