Droopy Eyes

Bailey's eyes are kind of droopy. Should I be worried? They look red, but I don't know if that's just part of his eye or not...Any suggestions??

If so, when are they like that? Rider's get like that when he is exhausted.

Yes, they look like that..and now that you say that...it is mostly during the night before he goes to bed. The are a little more red around the bottom of the eye but more on the mucous part of the eye...but other then that they look exactly like that...
