Ear Mites?

My dog has a little bit of black maybe reddish wax or gunk in her ears. She doesn't scratch and there is no odor coming from her ears.

She was at the vet yesterday for her shots, and i forgot to ask . The vet looked in her ears but she didnt mention anything about it.

Is that a normal color ear wax? I did see pink bumps today after cleaning her ears.

I would definitely take her back for a check to be on the safe side.
