Diamond Friday Night Recalls

4 runs from the Meta Missouri plant were recalled. They were made in late 2011 and, interestingly, 2 of the runs were packaged 2 months after production. Just imagine where they were stored.

I was figuring that the recall wouldn't stop with just one plant. I don't think we have heard the end of this yet. I switched Sophie from TOTW, and we had really good results with it. I am not going to go on feeding a product from a company that is this lax. I am not going to wait for it to turn up here. Its just not worth the risk.

No where in the documents I received from Diamond (three) does it state this came from a second plant. Yes I posted the link to this friday night from the Diamond site after I received their email and fax. So if it truly came from the MO plant, it will be interesting.
Don't get me wrong, I again have no more faith in this company. Especially after the report that Laura posted.
Makes me very happy I got to see the plants at Hill's and you could literally eat off their floors!

Oh I hear ya. I was going to sooner, but I didn't want to be the first to get his thread on a roll, kinda hoped it would just die off on its own
