Libby and I were just laying down in my bed napping. My daughter came in to wake us and says "eww, its wet". Libby had peed the bed. She was laying there like nothing happened. The other day I was moving her crate and found a big puddle of urine (the tray has a crack). This is extremely out of the ordinary for her.
I would think even a dog that is not fully house trained still would not just lay there and pee. I am worried they messed something up in her spay surgery. It was done 6 days ago. She acts normal and pee and poop outside as normal as well as appetite. Anyone experience this?

You should take a urine sample to the vet to rule out a UTI first. I would doubt you'd see spay incontinence this fast (and yes, it certainly can happen when you spay early) but something could have been nicked during surgery I suppose. Good luck-- Anne

HK suffers from spay incontinence. What you described is exactly what happens with her. She pees in her sleep. Doesn't move, and appears to be embarrassed when she wakes up and finds it.
It does seem a little soon for it to be showing up. I would see my vet sooner than later.

Moka just started this recently also. She was spayed back in May, at 18 months old.
She is now on DES once a week and it has taken care of the problem.
I would definitely check on the UTI first, I had this issue with Emma and it was spay incontinence.
