Flea Meds

I always used Frontline on my pets in the past. It says on their website that it is ok to use it on puppies 8 weeks old. Sophie is 11 weeks and I still haven't put it on her. Maybe I am just a worrier. Have any of you used it on puppies? How did it go? I am worried it could make her sick.

I would call the vet and ask. When we first got bentley he was 6 months and he came from the pound and was covered in fleas.so we took him to the vet and he got a shot to control the fleas.

Unless you have a real problem with fleas where you live I would avoid putting it on a puppy. I don't use it on my adult dogs and have not had a flea problem in 20 years here.

We have them outside in our area. They get really bad from June to October.
