Odd sores noticed on Luxo

Hey gang,

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. Been really busy, traveling, a little drama. Anyway, I noticed some sores on the inside of Luxo's right front leg. I'm planning on taking him in this weekend, but I wanted to get a general idea of what they might be. I just noticed them yesterday and he'd been licking at that area for the last week or so but I never noticed anything weird until now. I've attached a pic. Any thoughts? Any basic treatment I can do to avoid a trip to the vet? Cheers!

Something about that little red spot reminds me of a growth Mick had, but the patchy hair loss has me baffled. I think you're best bet would be to try to prevent Lux from licking it the best you can until you can have it looked at.
