Default 3 year old peeing inside

So, Kimba has recently been peeing in our kitchen. He is a house trained 3 year old lab. He has always sat at the kitchen door and cried to be let out when needed but 3 times in the last 2 weeks he has just walked into the kitchen in the evening, not made a peep and tinkled all over the floor.
Any reasons he may be doing this? Any suggestions on what to do?

1 - get it checked by the vet, could be UTI
2 - make sure to properly clean the area and remove the odor (regular cleaners will not remove the odor properly)

hopefully others can give more suggestions. I do not believe a dog would do this just to annoy their human, something must be up. Has their been any change? Routine, amount of water intake, other dogs in the house?

Get him to the vet and tested for an urinary tract infection.

Nature's Miracle should not hurt your floor. I have used it on a porus type tile with no ill effects. Could you try it on a corner of your tile or on an extra piece you have for repairs? Without the smell being gone he is just set up to fail.

I agree with the rest, get him checked for a UTI.

If you don't clean it with product designed to remove animal scent (Nature's Miracle), he will be able to smell the urine for an amazing length of time. He will then think it is also "his" spot to go.

Clean it. Your floor will be fine.

The only time Cinder has gone in the house as an adult has been when she has a UTI. I would make a vet appointment as soon as possible.

Yep! If he's never gone in the house before, and you haven't added any other dogs its very likely he has a UTI.
I would get a urine sample to the vets pronto!
