I know it's a simple surgery and everything will be fine, but I still worry. What worries me much more is how he will feel when I leave him there and how he will be when he wakes up there in a cage. He has never been away from home and has never been crated. Will he think I abandoned him?
If you can spare some good thoughts for Bruno tomorrow, I would appreciate it very much.
Update: He seems sleepy, but wasn't really happy to see me when I picked him up. M&J were in the car because Judy had a broken claw fixed and Mitz needed blood test. Bruno didn't wag his tail until we got home; he was really happy to be home. Not hungry yet. Judy has a bandaged paw and thinks she deserves the attention more than Bruno.
Will be thinking of Bruno tomorrow. Good thoughts on the way.
Good thoughts and prayers on their way. Oh Bruno your growing up.

Sending good thoughts for Bruno. Will he be coming home tomorrow?![]()
Yes. It's a 30 minute drive but it will no doubt seem like a long 30 minutes for me and Bruno once I get the pick-up call..Will he be coming home tomorrow?
Bruno, you will be in my thoughts and prayers!
Will be thinking of Bruno. I'm sure he'll be fine and extra excited to see you when you pick him up. I worry about the crate issue too, Bogey has never been in one. But he'll be groggy so he prolly wont even realize. :-* :-* to Bruno. Let us know how it goes.

Will be thinking of both of you.
