son's sweet, sweet boxer's food has been recalled....and the dog is not well

Our son and his wife have the sweetest dog in the world. She's a boxer and just turned 2 this month. She's smart and well trained and an absolute joy. She and Sally play together a lot.

Well, she has allergies really bad and they are constantly trying new foods. They just got her off of that venison and brown rice by Natural Foods. She's been throwing up and now she's urinating in the house and in her crate. They are taking her to the vet tomorrow.

I'm so scared for them....trying not to act scared so it won't alarm them. But it surely doesn't look good right now. Here's a picture of our son and his wife with Heidi when they went to the lake with us last summer.

That has to be the worst feeling in the world....to know your dog is ill because of the food they ate. Im so sorry for your kid's boxer...i love boxers they are so silly. I HOPE that everything is ok. Let us know tomorrow.

I would get her in to an ER vet ASAP!!! I would not wait. Please encourage them to take her in now so if it is poisoning from the food she can start treatment immediately. I will keep her in my prayers that everything will be ok.
