first night out of the crate :)

Last night was Gabby's first night sleeping "free." It was an experiment more than anything- I honest to God can't remember how we got Mav from being a crate sleeper to not even having a crate in the house anymore.

Anyway, Gabby had been asleep for an hour or two before I went to bed, I woke her up, took her outside, and came back in and went to bed. She went right into her crate, slept in the crate (with the crate door open) until 4:40 am, then slept next to the bed until 6 am.

Good girl Gabby! We let Mckenzie sleep with us one night when she wasnt feeling well and swore it wouldn't become habit. 4 months later she and hubby take up the whole bed. I'm such a sucker :

As cute as my little Tubbins is, I'm not going to let her on the bed. If I let her on, Maverick would want up too. That's just too much for me.
