Remember I was telling you that I ended up with a doggie relaxation CD in our Santa swap at the dog club Christmas party?
This is it:

I listened to it first in the car. It has five tracks. The first four are pretty typical new-age sounding recordings, flute, piano, etc. It's the fifth track that cracks me up!
It's like this circus music on piano. About half a minute into the song, it sounds like a simulation of a dog jumping on the keys, then a chorus of dogs start going "Woof! yip yip yip! Woof! yip yip yip!" to the music. HILARIOUS! But, I'm thinking this would not really relax the boys so much as it would get them totally jazzed.Glad I listened to it first before leaving it playing all day while they were in their crates!
Simon got to sample the first track on the way home from the vet on Friday. This was the new-age part, mind you. He got really keyed up and starting trying to come into the front seat with me. :I don't know if it was just the excitement from the vet visit or the song. I'll have to try it again at home.
Anyway, it was a really cute gift to bring and if nothing else, I enjoy listening to the doggie circus music. :P
