Brown Nose

Well, not quite as bad as Nathan's story.

This a.m. Zoe & I went out for our walk. It's 5:15 am, still dark. She does wear a pup light, but I usually watch her only when she's sniffing.

As some of you may know, as soon as Zoe begins to squat, I quickly place some newspaper under her butt so that she poops on the paper. I get the paper at its corners and put them in the plastic bag. Which is what I did this morning.

After the newspaper was in the bag, my nose was itchy, so I scratched it. Oh lah!! I must have gotten some poop on my finger(s) and now it was on my nose!! :-X Gross!

It was raining, and some water was running down the street so I had to use this street water to attempt to clean my hand AND MY NOSE!! :-X

I treated Zoe (our norm) for pooping, and she didn't want to take the treat from me. Along our walk, someone's sprinklers were on so I used that to do a bit more thorough cleaning.

The Wet Ones at work just went into my handbag, and I will keep them in my walking jacket.

HA! That's what you get for being a newspaper-scooter. I cannot imagine doing that with Theo (he has to try out a couple different locations before swinging into position). Here have some of my Purell...

Linda I'm glad it was still dark outside! LOL Of course Zoe didn't want the treat... a "poop treat"!? I think she thought "wash your hands first mom!"
