Bandannas (pics)

We made bandannas this morning.* I went to Hobby Lobby and got sale fabric.* I thought they turned out cute. Maggie and Dakota weren't to pleased with having to put them on. Its 97F here this afternoon, so I took them off when we were done with pictures!


She wouldn't hold still long enough for me to tie it right so it looks funny.

"Hey MOM, whats that you got in your hand there?"

"* : Do we really have to keep doing this? wasn't the first one good enough?"

You sew your bandanas? You make me look bad. I just pink the edges of the ones I make. I'm lazy.

Yes, I did sew them. I don't like the "faded look" on the back. So we cut "half" bandannas and stitched them together.
My plan was to make bandannas you buy at a store but the girls get so hot I didn't think all that extra fabric around their necks would be a good Idea. So they are just backed with the same fabric. So now I have more fabric than I had planned on.
Next project is a an attempt to make a door pull with butterflies on it. On the back it will have My Bailey,who we put down in Dec, and Annie, who we put down in May, On the back.
