Baxter and Bella.. Sitting in a tree....

K-I-S-S-I-N-G... On ME at the same time!!!! LOL

Well, I've had Bella for about 2 months now (she was a rescue). They get along wonderfully. I've had Baxter since he was a baby puppy and very very ill. I nursed him back to health over a week. Gotta love my boss for letting me call in because I have sick puppy, right? :-) I've noticed that Bella is getting more "assertive" when it comes to my attention. That makes Baxter get more assertive and before you know it, I've got about 150 pounds of dog jumping "around and about" me. LOL I know this is something they've got work out. Do ya'll have any advise on how to make this easier? I've been trying making one sit while I love on the other and then do the same with the other one. They're both great dogs, but this is getting ridiculous. Does anyone have any other ideas? I understand why Bella is acting the way she is and Baxter, too.... Thanks! Di

Mine will do that to me. I tell them "one at a time." Like they listen. Enjoy it. We do need some pictures.

I have the same problem! If I'm sitting down usually Bentley will lay under my feet and I rub my feet on him(he is brave,lol) and Tank sits next to me Enjoy all the love though.

I get the same thing, both are sure they fit in my lap! I agree with the above, just enjoy it while you have it. It is a memory that you will treasure some day.
