Well - that's not true but today was the first time that I had the camera with me ! He started coming to the DP in the summer but his owner never lets him off leash and his lead is fixed around the owners waist.

Lack of training is my guess ! His recall isn't that great - something like that ! Of course it could just be that he is afraid of his dog playing rough ! If he sat on one of mine, they wouldn't be very well !
