Default My dogs are perfect weight, thank you

There is a person in town who LOVES bashing my dogs. She is always saying how they are to skinny and very untrained(it si the to skinny that irks me the most). i know i have posted before about people saying it before but most have laid off EXCEPT HER! She irks me so muck. I have told her how most labs today are overweight(she has one) I have never ever bashed her dog ever! So i dont see why she wants to always bash mine.I know most people around here hate me and my family but seriously!? here are side pics of my dogs(they aren't the best sorry)

I think your dogs look fine. The black lab might look on the leaner side, but that could be the camera angle. But neither dog looks skinny to me. I would ignore that old battle-ax and not give her the satisfaction of a response. Don't let her get to you. She's probably feeling guilty about her own dog being overweight.

IMO you should be able to see the last rib or two...it's much healthier to have a lean pet than a heavy one. Your dogs look great.

I think they look great!! I've learned so much about how much better it is to have a leaner dog that I don't even bother with letting people's comments get to me anymore. I KNOW, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that I am keeping them where they are going to be the healthiest and are at the least risk of injury, so people can spout their mouths off all they want.

If you think Tank looks skinny, check out Baloo, lol!

They look just fine, Dee. Next time she starts in on your boys, laugh and say something like, "You think THEY are thin? Have you seen the new Chinese Crested in town???"

We all know someone like this. It's hard to ignore them because they can't keep their negative opinions to themselves. My judgement was put into question when i adopted a 7 year old pug who needed a home. People are silly.
