The first couple of hides he found rather quickly. The third one he worked so hard to find that there were slime strings hanging out the sides of his mouth. He's too smart, tho. Even tho he doesn't see where the instructor is placing the hide, he's started taking notice of the direction she's coming from, and races there to start his search.
Smart boy!!! I am dying to take a nosework class! They sound like a real blast for the pups.
Caleb absolutely loves nosework. But we're still at the hiding treats stage. Next session we're starting to pair up treats with odor. It'll be interesting to see if he's still as excited about it when we eventually move to just odor (he'll still be getting treats when he finds the hide, tho).
