You are unlikely to find a breeder that would consider selling a Labrador that they have bred for £300.00 in the uk unless they are back yard breeders that will sell you a puppy without hip or eye clearances and provide no back up when things go wrong.

Please please do more research as you could buy a £250.00 puppy with hip dysplasia that will eventually cost you far more in surgery costs.

Why not consider a rescue if cost is that much of a consideration.

I agree with Samson. If you do want to pay to much for a puppy consider a rescue. They are a lot of pure bred dogs/puppies that need a home!

I agree with Samson, 100%. If cost is an issue, then look at a rescue, give it a week or two and they will no doubt be full with all the puppies people bought for Christmas.... Also, consider the long term cost of having a dog. Insurance is a must ( i speak from experience), then there is the food bill, vet bills etc not to mention the toy bills Good luck.

I would recommend looking into a rescue.

Another vote for a rescue. There are so many dogs out there that need help. We have two rescues and couldn't love them more no matter what types of papers that might have. They seem to appreciate life more....
Here in the US most rescue organizations are getting overwhelmed with dogs needing help, due to the economy....

Hi again cost is not an issue i would happily pay5-600 for a pup. We are not after a show dog or a dog to work just a family pet. We would also like a pup rather than a rescue so we can train it ourselves from day one. Hope someone can help me
