Cappy's Marvelous Morning!

I mentioned here the other day that today is my older boys 13th birthday. I told him he could have anything he wanted. He asked for 1) a hamburger steak (he got it), 2) a B-day cake with presents (he got it), and 3)and most importantly of all ... just one last trip to our hunting wetlands with Rusty ... even if it was only to watch. How could I possibly turn down my hunting partner and best bud for 11 of his 13 years? I couldn't. So without further adieu ... Cappy's 13th Birthday morning.

Happy Birthday, Cappy! I never realized that you were kind enough to share your birthday with Hershey Kisses. She turnes 5 today. She doesn't get to go out to any rivers, lakes or ponds here. The ice is too thin, or the water is too cold. And she never got to sit up at the table with her buddies either. You are one lucky guy and Hershey Kisses is jealous.
