Me by a long shot. I spend most time with them so understandable. Garry is away for for long stretches and has cloth ears so has no clue.

Biscuit is my magic word and it isn't spoken unless necessary. Mel Garry is the same. Calls, then scratches his head, wonders around, then calls me.
Or the best is when Erns gets something and runs around the house with Garry behind yelling..sit..come here...sit...stop....Chrissy come and get your dog. lololol.Sit...Ernie...Chrissy...CHRISSY.... I go in. Erns..drop..leave...come...lolol.Some days I just thump the floor as if I am going to where ever they are and Erns drops it.lolol.

Me, no doubt. Late at night, one of us will put Harvey in the garden for a final potty break before bed. He will not come in if DH calls him. I can call from the other end of the house and he will come running in.

If Harvey is having a 'stubborn' day, all i have to do is open the fridge and he will come running. Not that he ever gets anything from the fridge, but he lives in hope

Our previous dog, she would only listen to DH.

Most definitely me. DH thinks that "Get in here!" or "Shut up and get over here!" or "Come here right now!" or any other long phrase he yells at them all mean "come" to the dogs. Not. Buddy will come instantly (as long as he is on the tie-out, that is) where Champ will not - but he comes much quicker for me than for Bill. They both respond quickly to "Want a treat?"

It's pretty even here. Since we both train them..they know come in. But if they are just slowly coming up to the house...."who wants a treat?" gets them running.

My husband and I both know how to get her attention... we yell "Sophie, you wanna go?" with her leash in our hands....she comes running, and of course we can't be liars, and have to take her on a short one...

Yeah that would be me! I'm a stay at home mom so, I'm home with them all day. Plus I am the researcher and want info on everything! My husband is a soldier and he tries to act all " EH I don't care about the dogs, they are yours" but he loves them to bits. I will catch him cuddling our chihuahua and talking in a baby voice to her. And I'll say, " see you love h!" and he will say " EH, she's ok sometimes"

We both know him well, but since I am normally the exerciser, feeder, and groomer so he probably listens a little quicker to me. He is pretty close to perfect in the recall/listening area though.

I would have loved to see your husbands face

It would be me by a long shot. Bentley has been with me since day one same with Tank. Mae she will listen to anyone. They are all scared of my dad so they listen to him if he uses his mean coice. They look at everyone else like they are stupid, lol. I found out that when bentley doesnt want to come back when i called I get the treat bag shake it and yell BACON and he come running. He gets the bacon strip treats and if we are going to train or he went potty outside I say here is your Bacon so he knows the word really good now.(one year later, lol) Tank will listed to me just to get an ear rub.(he was my easy one when it came to obedeince training)
