Hi everyone my lab pushes her head into my husband and myself. She doesn't do it hard but she loves to have her head pushed into our sides. She doesn't stop when we start to pet her so I don't think it is for attention. Does anyone know why she might do this? Thanks, Dawn
Like a nose poke or more of a nuzzle?
Seamus nose pokes when he really wants to get my attention about something.
Flynn plants his head on my leg, my lap, my chest, my head... all in the quest for one-on-one cuddles.
Seamus and Flynn
It's better than pushing her head up your ass, which is where Java loves to push her head..LOL
I have no idea why they do it.
Java just goosed the Direct TV man last night....lol
LOL or a nose! It's better than pushing her head up your ass, which is where Java loves to push her head..LOL
it is more of a nuzzle but than she doesn't stop pushing. It is almost like she is trying to push right through my skin..like she can't get close enough to me.
LOL..she loves to check people out right between the legs..her favorite places to check out!!
dodge does that too ............he will lower his head and just push it at you ........like he can't get it close enough
Tank does it to. He is an attention seeker for sure. Wants a give him an ear rub he will usually stop though.
~It doesn't matter how smart the dog is,it matters how smart the owner is.
she is such a good dog. We just had to put our 11year old blue heeler mix down on March 15th, and Jazz has been lost but at the same time enjoying all the attention. You can tell she is just not the same. She seems interested in other dogs until I give them attention and than she gets very upset!! She didn't go through the deep depression that everyone said she would. I think that is because everytime I saw her getting depressed we would go and do some of her favorite activites..walking, car riding, playing "get my stick" in the backyard. I couldn't have had a better lab. I miss my Sashgirl though..Rest In Peace love
