They were out of doggy treats at the drive through window at the bank.
Three eager heads were hanging out the window in anticipation of the treat that comes in the cylindrical dispenser; I opened it with three noses pushing in to grab the treat when it opens....Only a piece of paper in there!?!?!?
I can understand that they were terribly disappointed. Time to change banks?

I hope the tellers are ashamed of themselves!
Time to change your bank. If they can't keep track of the dog treats, how can you trust them with your money?
HK knows the bank drive through. She knows the parking lot we drive through to get to it. She loves going there in the convertible. We always go to the window with the magic drawer that delivers treats. She likes going in the convertible because the teller can't miss her then. She gets one treat when we pass our paper to the teller, and another when the teller passes paper back. They all know her by name.
To be honest, they were out once. I asked, 'Seriously?'. When she said yes, I told her to just give me the checks back and I would deposit them later in the week. 'Oh! When do you expect to have a fresh supply, or do I have to change banks?' I really did and said that.

That is so wrong!

That is horrible! I haven't been to an actual bank in a long time . . . I don't think ours even has a drive-thru (except for the ATM). He does expect treats at the coffee shop, but they have never been out. They keep them in little bakery bags ready to go.

I can just imagine the look on their faces.
Aw, poor kids. Did you take them to Dairy Queen then?
