Just moved. Smaller back yard with pool and we're worried about dog falling into pool. Smokey is six years old, housebroken, male, neutered, lovable dog. Tri-color, black, brown and white.

just read this on craig's list ................worried about the dog falling in the pool????????????? wth ?

Jerks. A) Dog would probably enjoy swimming. B) Block it off!

as others have said, just an excuse, people will say anything.

the one that is common and gets me mad is "moving to an apt, too small for a big dog". I live in a 1 bedroom apt and not only do I have a lab, but foster and dog sit. When the dogs are inside, they are calm (as I give them plenty of exercise). Wish people would admit it was because they were too lazy for the extra work apt living is (when you have a dog - no fenced yard to just "open the door and let them out").
