I'm down 24 lbs and I'm a size 16!!! I feel so good, even though I've been so bad the past month. I went and tried on pants at different stores just to make sure that it wasn't a fluke. Like I told my friend they are tight but I haven't been in a size 16 since my first son 13 years ago. I think I actually feel and look better than 13 years ago. I still have a ways to go but I think the light bulb finally went off in my head. I also have inspired one of my coworker's to give up soda and coffee, she is going to be fun next week to work with!!!![]()

Good job, Wendy! Stick with it til you hit your goal. Do you see a size 7 by this time next year?
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know about size 7, I'm starting w/ small goals. My goal weight is 165 to be honest. I know that still seems like a lot, but honestly I want something that seems attainable and that does. Maybe once I get there I will keep going, I'm 5'10 so that is on the high side for me if I remember correctly. It's all about not getting discouraged and seeing results. Not beating myself up when I slip also helps so much!!! Thanks guys for you support!!!

Congratulations!!! I like your goal weight. My dr. told me he wanted to see me at 160 and I'm there now, in a size 12. That goal didn't put too much pressure on me and I'm still trying to lose more but am really happy where I am. I'm only 5'4" so 165 will look a lot better on you than me, ha ha!Originally Posted by Wendy
